No refunds once the payment is done, unless I, for any reason, would not be able to finish the commission.

I have the right to decline your commission for any given reason.

I keep all the credits for my work, which should be written as "Lenare". The client retains copyright and license to use as needed, as long as any deformation, alteration or damage to the piece itself or my image as an artist is not done. AI training, NFTs, etc, are not allowed.

By agreeing to work with me, you give me permission to publish the pages on my portfolio, and to post them in my social media to promote my work. All the respective credits will be given to you. If needed, you can ask for the commission not to be published.

I send the final piece by email as a TIFF file. If you need any other format, let me know.

Once the payment is done, it is taken by granted you agree with the Terms of Service written on this page.

Payment is done through Paypal.

100% before starting the sketch layout. Payment can be done for each page separately, a group of them, or something else decided by both parts.

I send an invoice to your Paypal email.

After reading the script I work on the composition of the pages, camera angles and everything related to the visual narrative itself.

After all the points mentioned are aproved by the writer we proceed to the next step.

Here I will get into the finer details of the drawing itself, so any changes done on this step should only be regarding about the art.

Changes on the composition of the page, camera angles, etc, should have been done on the Layout step, so it will only be possible to correct them on the Pencils phase with an additional fee*, since it means redrawing a whole panel from scratch. *Considering a panel as the price of 1/5 of a page.

In case that I was the one that made the mistake, this fee will not aply.

This comes after pencils are approved, so at this step I usually do not make changes. Again, this does not apply if I am the one who made a mistake.

If the commission considers page with full color, at this stage should be made any correction to the color palette.

The final files are sent. At this stage I will not receive corrections.

Please give clear, visual references and/or description of your character and how do you want the drawing to look like, such as the pose, clothing, facial and body expresions, etc.

You agree with me posting on my public art accounts your commission, with watermark, and to let me add it to my portfolio. Keeping it private adds 50% of the total price.

The commission can take from a few days, up to weeks. If the piece has a specific deadline please let me know beforehand.

I will update you on the stages of sketch, clean sketch and flat colors.

Big, unlimited changes only on the stage of sketch, minor changes on clean sketch. On flat colors only color correction, if needed.

One color or splash colors backgrounds are free.

Simple background, additional items and details can increase the final price and time of delivery.

No hay cargo por fondo de color plano.

Envío la pieza final por correo electrónico como un archivo PNG, más la versión transparente.
